For the necessary system requirements for the calculation program please refer to the following section of this page: SOFTWARE.

For unzipping these .ZIP archives you need WinZIP or WinRAR which is also available in the download section.

The appliance documents themselves are saved in .PDF format. To open them you need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or higher (also available in the download section).
